Baby Shanks

We had an ultrasound today!

The words "We have a heartbeat!" were music to my ears!

It was amazing to look at the screen and see that heart beat fluttering.

I cried, of course.

Surprisingly, Johnny didn't.

I kept looking from the screen to him...

his face was full of amazement.

I am so thankful that everything is looking good so far!

The official due date is August 3, 2010!

Tandi says the picture looks like a squirrel to her...

Mom is calling it a pinto bean...

Johnny is calling it Baby Shanks...

But whatever you call it...

him or her...
