A Christmas morning tradition

The tradition of Christmas morning breakfast at Mam-Maw & Pa's continued in 2009.

We look forward to it all year long!

Biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, ham...oh my!

Our family is getting so big that the "kids" table is now set up in Mam-maw & Pa's bedroom!

Life is about change, and I think that in 2010 we are going to have to re-think the tradition of breakfast. Pa never even sat down that morning...when we left he was still in the kitchen!

So as our families change, I think our traditions will have change as well.

I'm already trying to come up with a solution for Christmas morning 2010.

Our usual gift from Mam-Maw & Pa is a Lifesaver storybook with a little "green surprise" taped to the back.

This year...Mam-Maw surprised us with a change!

Chocolate instead of Lifesavers!

I got lucky and had Cookies & Creme...Casey was dying to trade but its my favorite!

Johnny got Hershey's and Symphony...

I tried to trade him my Butterfingers for his Symphony, but he wouldn't!
