Lots of cotton and Lots of mac & cheese...

Tandi and Stacy's visit this weekend had a for sure purpose...

Paula Deen's buffet at Harrah's in Tunica!

We decided to go for lunch because of the major price different ($12.99 instead of $22.99) and so that the boys could go home and bond while watching the Vols.

We took the "scenic route" to get there...which is the fancy way for saying we found ourselves on the opposite side of Tunica as Harrah's.

But the good thing about the scenic route...we got to see lots of cotton. Tandi and I were so amazed we decided to stop for a quick Kodak moment...the boys complained, but Stacy was kind enough to snap a quick picture of me and Tandi by the huge cotton bales. I was dying to go touch the cotton (and maybe get a pinch of it to show Pa), but the mud changed my mind.

When we finally made it to Paula's we were starving...
but not for long. That quickly turned into that sickening stuffed feeling.

Stacy's quote for the day (after we finished eating) was, "There's no sense in all of this!"

Tandi and I spent the rest of the day walking around shopping in Southaven, Mississippi and Memphis.

It was such a nice weekend...we hated to see them leave!

Stacy's 3rd helping of mac & cheese...or was it the 4th?
